The nose is fruity and offers concentration as well as a slight richness. It reveals slight notes of violet, cassis, strawberry and slight notes of blackberry associated with discreet hints of licorice stick and spices. The palate is fruity, slight, sleek, well-balanced and offers tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe/fresh raspberry, cassis and slight notes of black cherry associated with hints of licorice as well as a discreet hint of toasted oak and a very discreet hint of dark chocolate on the finish/persistence. Tannins are very slightly firm. Good length.
