CHÂTEAU SAINT-BONNET 2024 – Médoc

CHÂTEAU SAINT-BONNET 2024 – Médoc

The nose is fruity, with a little power, fine concentration and a lovely, airy, spicy side. It reveals notes of boysenberry, violet and crushed strawberry, associated with touches of small fleshy fruits, a fine, elegant austerity and a hint of black tea. The palate is fruity, with juiciness, suppleness and precision. It offers a tangy frame and tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, wild raspberry, and small notes of fresh flowers, combined with a touch of rosebud, almost tomato leaf, a mineral hint and a fine, almost licorice stick-like hint. The tannins are supple and sapid. A very discreet hint of toasted cocoa on the finish/persistence.
