Château Saint-Bonnet 2022 – Médoc

Château Saint-Bonnet 2022 – Médoc

The nose is fruity, with few hints of cardamom, clove and a subtle, almost smoky hint. The palate is well-built, fruity, fresh, mineral, with good definition, precision, suppleness and a slight fatness. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, violet and small notes of cassis, associated with touches of cardamom and tonka bean, as well as hints of smoke, clove, a subtle hint of nutmeg, and almost a discreet side of old wood in the background. Fine chewiness on the finish/persistence. A side of old wood on the nose and palate.
