The nose is fresh and offers some intensity and fine depth. There are notes of ripe/fresh wild blackcurrant, fresh lily and slightly fresh blackberry combined with hints of ripe red berries, hints of lily, violet and fine hints of cola, a discreet hint of camphor, a subtle hint of mocha and an imperceptible hint of clove (in the background). The palate is juicy, fruity, balanced and offers a mineral backbone, a fine unctuousness, a certain gourmandise, a good definition as well as a stretched/energy side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, crunchy red berries and more slightly fresh flowers/fresh violets combined with hints of crisp blackcurrant as well as fine toastiness, vanilla, sweet spice and a subtle hint of clove.
