Château Saint Ahon 2022 – Haut-Médoc

The nose offers fruit, a little concentration as well as a fine intensity. We find notes of wild cassis, pulpy cherry and more lightly, pepper, associated with touches of almost clove. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, a certain gourmandise as well as a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, small juicy/pulpy red berries and more lightly, flowers associated with touches of crisp raspberry, as well as fine hints of clove, a fine hint of fresh blond tobacco and pistil. Subtle hints of sappy on the finish/persistence.
