The nose reveals notes of crushed cassis, flowers (violet rose) and more slightly red fruits associated with small touches o Sichuan pepper, toasted as well as an imperceptible hint of almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, fat as well as a small suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed redcurrant, red cherry and more slightly blackberry associated with fine touches of liquorice stick, vanilla, flowers and toasted oak/vanilla. Tannins are slightly firm. Good length.
