The nose is racy and precise. It reveals notes of ripe wild raspberry, violet and fleshy cassis, associated with touches of sweet spice, a fine coating side of spice, a hint of infusion/sage, as well as a very discreet hint of sweet pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral and offers a fresh frame, a little tension and precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy/pulpy plum and small notes of fleshy cassis, combined with touches of raspberry, fine hints of violet, lilac, as well as a subtle hint of infusion, bergamot, discreet hints of cranberry and vanilla in the background. Good length. Precise, finely mellow tannins. A gourmand, harmonious wine offering a lovely mid-palate. A subtle varietal hint on the finish/persistence.
