The nose is fresh, elegant and fruity. It reveals notes of cooked strawberry and slight notes of ripe cherry, cassis associated with a subtle hint of crushed ripe brugnon as well as a very discreet hint of racy minerality. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acid frame, a beautiful suavity, tension, gourmandise as well as a very beautiful elegance/straightness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe wild strawberry as well as a subtle hint of ripe brugnon, a very discreet hint of citrus (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of flint/racy minerality. Good length. There is a very slight hint of spices on the persistence.
