This rosé has a beautiful intense apricot color. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is discreet but fruity with juicy pomelo and apple. We also perceive surprising notes of peanut and zucchini skin. The second nose is aromatic with cream but also herbs such as thyme. The attack is fresh, straight with a nice acidity. We have fruits like peach but also juicy lemon and kumquat. A few small fruits appear with the gooseberry. The mid-palate is rounder with lychee and orange. The finish is on the flowery potpourri.
