The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a fine floral side. There are notes of fresh strawberry, violet and more slightly fresh red berries/raspberry combined with a hint of blackcurrant, pepper and a discreet touch of clove. The palate is fresh, fruity and offers minerality, freshness, good definition, tension and acidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh raspberry, fresh/juicy red berries and more slightly blueberry combined with hints of racy minerality, fresh violet and a fine touch of fresh violet plum, liquorice and a subtle hint of camphor. Good length. A very discreet hint of rose in the background. Nice salinity and pleasant bitterness on the finish.
