The nose is quite aromatic and offers a small gourmandize. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, crushed cassis and flowers (violet, cornflower) associated with hints of crushed strawberry, blueberry as well as touches of caramelization, vanilla as well as a very discreet hint of Timut pepper and spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a fine juicy frame, a fine acidity, fat, a small fullness as well as a good freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy blueberry and juicy/fresh raspberry associated with a hint of crunchy strawberry, very fine touches of toasted as well as discreet touches of sweet spices (in the background) and a discreet hint of flowers. Tannins are fine, slightly tight and slightly dry. Good length.
