There are perceptible (but not excessive) notes of vanilla, brioche, associated with notes of yellow peach, apricot, pineapple, fresh lemon, candied lemon, apple blossom and green apple. The mouth is more closed and reserved. It expresses the flavors of green apple, lime, a touch of stone fruit, vanilla and brioche. The finish is a little chalky, salivating, on freshness and acidity.
