Château Roquetaillade La Grange 2020 

The nose is aromatic, fruity and offers a certain power, a small concentration. It reveals notes of cassis, kirsch cherry, small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of small pulpy red fruits, violet, nutmeg, fine hints of spices and sugared mild tobacco. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, a good definition, a certain gourmandize, an acidulous frame, a beautiful pulpy/bright fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, raspberry, small notes of bright plum associated with touches of Boysen berry as well as hints of cherry blossom, violet, discreet hints of liquorice and chocolate. Tannins are precise and well-built. Sapidity and a small gourmandize in the finish/persistence.
