The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of crushed cassis and fresh cherry associated with slight touches of blackberry, gravels, spices as well as a discreet hint of gray pepper (in the background) and a subtle / discreet hint of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice juiciness, a slight gourmandise, a slight concentration, a fine suavity, a fresh frame (a good freshness) and precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry, fleshy / ripe redcurrant associated with touches of cassis, subtle / discreet touches of liquorice (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of violet. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
