Château Roquefort Rives 2022 – Entre-Deux-Mers

The nose offers juiciness, roundness and delicate floral notes. It expresses aromas of yellow peach and juicy apricot, fresh crunchy pineapple, as well as fresh touches of citrus (lemon, lemon zest, blood orange, candied lemon). We also find sweet notes of linden, acacia, honeysuckle, as well as flower honey and more slightly – green pear and vanilla in the background. On the palate, the wine offers freshness and energy. It expresses the tangy flavors of pink grapefruit, yellow lemon, candied lemon zest, white nectarine, apricot, as well as floral notes of acacia and hawthorn with a very delicate touch of vanilla and a good bitterness in the background. The finish is creamy, round, but fresh thanks to a salivating acidity. Good length on bitter grapefruit notes.
