(organic) The nose is fragrant, lemony and mineral. It first expresses notes of limestone, lemon zest, lemon juice, lime zest, grapefruit, acacia, white peach and crunchy apricot, combined with a delicate herbaceous touch (boxwood) in the background. The palate is chiseled, tangy, with a good bitterness on the attack and a lively tangy lemony hint (particularly on the notes of lemon, grapefruit and orange). The mid-palate is round and gourmand, more on stone fruits (white peach, apricot, yellow plum), with a sweet floral touch of acacia and also with a good bitterness.
