Château Roquefort 2023 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose offers concentration and roundness in its aromas of stone fruits and exotic fruits (apricot, white peach, passion fruit, tangy pineapple), refreshed by touches of lemon, lime, cut grass and cucumber in background. We also find notes of acacia and distinguished minerality (dry stone, limestone) in the second nose. The palate is chiselled and gourmand with a good bitterness of grapefruit, tanginess of citrus (lemon, orange) and the gourmandise of exotic fruits and stone fruits (apricot, white peach, pineapple). The finish is rather persistent and offers fruity roundness, a mineral touch and a salivating acidity. Beautiful concentration and gourmandise, the texture on the palate is round and enveloping.
