Château Roquefort 2021 – Bordeaux

The nose is fresh, fruity and reveals a nice definition, a certain purity of fruit. There are notes of lychee, quenette and, to a lesser extent, bright green apple, combined with fine hints of passion fruit and a subtle touch of grapefruit. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, acidity, smoothness, some volume, gourmandize and good definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quenette, lychee and, more slightly, passion fruit, combined with touches of sweet pink grapefruit and a subtle hint of sweet lemon blossom. Good length. A fine saline edge on the finish/persistence.
