The palate is nicely fresh, juicy, balanced and offers a fresh/tangy frame, good definition, juiciness, a tangy frame, a certain little smoothness, delicacy. It expresses notes of creamy peach, small white fruits in syrup and more slightly – candied apple, associated with touches of candied lemon as well as discreet hints of roasted almond, fresh vanilla and racy/flint minerality. A subtle smoky hint in the background.
