The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a small concentration as well as a fine racy minerality. It reveals notes of fresh lemon, fresh peach, candied quince and a hint of reduction associated with fine hints of flowers, fresh zests as well as a very discreet hint of pear, fresh almond and botrytis. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a good definition, precision, a fine juicy/acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied/cristallized lemon, candied mandarine and more slightly kumquat, quince associated with fine touches of flowers, zests as well as fine hints of juicy yellow peach, exotic fruits (litchee…), a hint of candied peat and a very discreet hint of vanilla. Good length.
