The nose is fruity, fine and relatively concentrated. It reveals notes of blackberry and black fruit combined with a touch of black pepper, cassis as well as slight / discreet oaky notes. The palate is fruity, mineral, silky, sleek and offers fat and a certain minerality / freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe red fruit (red berries, cherry, raspberry) and blackberry jam associated with fine notes of caramel on the persistence.
