Château Rol Valentin 2019 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is fruity, powerful and offers a good definition, gourmandize as well as a bright/explosive fruit. It reveals notes of juicy/pulpy strawberry, juicy Boysen berry, small notes of blueberry associated with touches of pulpy raspberry, cornflower, cuben pepper as well as hints of black tea, spices, very discreet hints of vanilla pod and coffee. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, suavity, juiciness as well as gourmandize, a beautiful definition, a finesse of the grain, tension and elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, juicy Boysen berry, small notes of juicy raspberry associated with touches of pulpy/acidulous strawberry, blueberry, cornflower as well as fine hints of tea and zan. Good length.
