The nose is fruty, racy and offers a fine intensity. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy wild raspberry and small notes of fleshy cassis associated with fine touches of flowers, liquorice,toasted, discreet hints of nutmeg as well as a very discreet hint of spices and pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a good definition, juiciness, a fine tension as well as an acidulous/juicy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cassis and juicy/fresh red berries associated with touches of fleshy strawberry, flowers, a hint of blue fruits as well as fine hints of liquorice, tonka bean and a very discreet hint of caramelization (in the background). Tannins are precise and straight.
