The nose is fresh, mineral, racy, offering energy and a grain that is both fine and powerful. The whole is fair, elegant, airy, with a refined darkness and a beautiful fineness of grain. We find notes of concentrated wild blackcurrant, Bigarreau cherry, and more particularly small concentrated and fresh blue berries, associated with touches of roasted raspberry, star anise, tobacco, mocha, and a subtle hint of cardamom.
