The nose is fresh and fruity. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed strawberry and more slightly violet/lilac associated with fine touches of spices as well as subtle/discreet hints of sugared mild tobacco and an imperceptible hint of nutmeg. The palate is juicy, well-balanced and offers a good definition, dynamism, suavity, a beautiful precision as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy redcurrant, fleshy raspberry and more slightly fresh blackberry associated with fine hints of flowers as well as fine touches of liquorice and discreet touches of sweet spices. Tannins are slightly dry. There is a very discreet hint of almond on the persistence/aftertaste.
