It reveals notes of cassis, racy minerality and more slightly strawberry associated with touches of pepper, salinity as well as fine hints of spices. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, a mineral / tangy frame, a good definition, a certain gourmandize, a little tension as well as a certain finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cassis, crushed blackberry and more slightly violet associated with touches of strawberry, small fresh fruits, hints of racy minerality, liquorice, chocolate as well as a subtle hint of camphor and crushed hazelnut. Tannins are finely suave. Good length. Presence of a small chewiness on the end of the mouth /persistence.
