The nose offers notes of pulpy raspberry, fleshy blackberry and small notes of black pepper, spices combines with hints of wild strawberry as well as bright spices hints, limestone and tabaco. The palate is fruity, mineral, balanced and offers a fresh frame and a beautiful brightness of minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, pulpy/ fresh cassis, and small notes of fresh blueberry (crunchy even) combined with touches of cornflower, badian/ licorice as well as hints of toasted, caramelization. Good length, energy, and freshness. There are racy tannins, slightly chalky and discreetly sappy.
