The nose is aromatic, spicy, it offers a certain concentration and a racy, spicy, stretched grain. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, wild raspberry and small notes of sweet pepper, associated with touches of wild cassis, as well as fine, almost varietal hints. The palate is mineral, fresh, tangy and offers energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, raspberry and small notes of fresh/juicy cassis, combined with touches of lilac, star anise, as well as fine hints of saffron (on the floral side). Good length. The tannins are precise and finely sappy. Nice juicy/ripe cherry side. Sapid, iodized persistence.
