The nose is fruity, it offers a certain little concentration and a frank, fresh, airy, stretched grain. It reveals notes of brilliant wild cherry, ripe wild strawberry and small notes of violet, associated with touches of small ripe wild red fruits, as well as a hint of cubeb pepper, sweet spices and a fine smoky hint. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity, mineral, it offers a fresh frame, suppleness, brilliance and a certain gourmandise. It also presents a delicate lightness to the substance (in the good sense of the word). On the palate, the wine expresses notes of brilliant cassis, brilliant cherry and small notes of bright raspberry, combined with touches of violet, lilac, as well as hints of smoke, tobacco, a touch of toasted, toasted almond and a hint of chocolate. Good length. Some chewiness on the finish/persistence.
