On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry associated with fine touches of cornflower, liquorice as well as subtle hints of cardamom, Ceylan tea and spices. Tannins are well-built. An elegant wine ! A beautiful gourmande persistence giving a subtle hint of toasted almond and caramelized hazelnut.
