The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers a racy minerality. It reveals notes of Boysen berry, juicy raspberry and small notes of fleshy/juicy small red fruits associated with small touches of violet, liquorice, toasted as well as dvery discreet hint of sugared mild tobacco and an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a mineral frame as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, juicy/ripe black cherry and small notes of juicy/ripe raspberry associated with small touches of violet, liquorice, cardamom as well as discreet hints of chocolate and a subtle hint of vanilla pod. Tannins are well-built. There are very fine hints of toasted almond and cocoa on the finish/persistence.
