The nose reveals notes of undergrowth, leather, chocolate and truffle associated with slight notes of dark fruit (in the background). The palate is fruity, mineral, balanced, gourmand and offers a nice fruitiness and fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, black cherry and touches of cassis associated with a touch of fig as well as touches of spices and oak. Tannins are fine and very slightly firm. Good length and persistence with a slight hint of dark cocoa.
