The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a juicy/fresh frame, good definition, a certain juiciness, accuracy, a certain tension, a little fat as well as a nice acidity of the fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, acidulous/juicy red berries and slight notes of violet, lily associated with touches of pepper, hints of almost roasted berries, peony as well as a hint of liquorice stick and camphor. The tannins are supple and well-developed. Good length. A subtle chewiness on the persistent finish.
