The nose is spicy, frank and offers a certain small intensity/ power. There are notes of blackberry, violet and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of fresh nutmeg, lily as well as a discreet hintof fresh pepper and an imperceptible sappy hint in the background. The mouth is fruity and offers minerality, juiciness and offers a mineral frame, a certain energy, fat as well as roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, pulpy/ fresh raspberry and small notes of fresh cassis associated with touches of cherry, fresh violet and a discreet toasted hint and sweet spices. Discreet sappy hints in the mouth. Freshness. A sapid hint and a slight chew on the aftertaste. More straightness than in a classic cuvée.
