It reveals notes of pulpy/fresh blackcurrant, violet and lilac associated with touches of ripe black berries, star anise as well as a hint of pulpy purple plum, fresh cherry and a discreet hint of fresh blond tobacco. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a tangy structure, minerality, tanginess, roundness, a certain gourmandise, accuracy as well as a nice definition of the fruit. Nice freshness and suppleness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cherry, bright raspberry and slight hints of small bright red berries associated with touches of blueberry, star anise and a subtle hint of sweet blond tobacco. The tannins are supple.
