It also expresses notes of orange zest, grapefruit zest, apricot, acacia, dried linden and honey, even candied quince. The palate is tangy, vibrant, chiseled. It expresses notes of lime, a herbaceous hint, lemon zest, grapefruit, white peach, a touch of yeast and toasted bread. The finish is persistent, with bitterness and limestone minerality.
