The nose is fresh, elegant, textured, deep, it offers good definition, complexity and delicate energy. It reveals notes of bright flat peach, fresh verbena and small notes of peach blossom, associated with touches of fresh lychee, small bright fruits, as well as fine hints of honeyed, almost brioche. The palate is fruity, fresh, juicy, it offers a tangy frame, energy, good definition, finesse and subtlety. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crunchy peach, quince and small notes of ripe lemon, combined with touches of quenette, lemon blossom, as well as hints of toasted almond, almost brioche. Good length, finesse in its fat and gourmandise. Lovely persistence. A tannic side on the finish in both aromatic and structure. The tannins are sapid.
