Château Raymond Lafon 2022 – Sauternes

The nose is complex and offers tension and concentration. It expresses notes of candied citrus zest (orange, lemon), peach in syrup, candied apricot, dried flowers, vanilla and acacia honey. The palate is dense and very concentrated, but balanced by acidity and bitterness. We find notes of candied citrus zest (orange, lemon), fresh and juicy stone fruit and in syrup (yellow peach, nectarine, apricot), fresh flowers (acacia, lime) as well as herbs and flowers in syrup (rosemary in syrup, rose in syrup). A deep, dense wine, with freshness and a long finish.
