The nose is fruity, fresh and offers concentration, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a beautiful racy minerality. It reveals notes of juicy blackberry, fresh/pulpy raspberry and small notes of fresh small red berries associated with small touches of juicy/fresh cassis, fine hints of violet, flowers (lilac…), zan as well as discreet hitns of cardamom and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balancd and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, minerality,a beautiful finesse of the grain, a beautiful fruity aromatic range as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/crunchy cassis, crunchy/juicy raspberry and small notes of juicy/crunchy small red berries associated with fine touches of flowers, hints of chocolate, toasted, caramelization. Tannins are elegant. Good length. There is a very fine bitterness of the cocoa, a very discreet varietal hint as well as an imperceptible almost saline hint on the finish.
