The nose is elegant, precise, deep and offers intensity and aromatic concentration. It reveals notes of wild cassis, small, concentrated wild red berries and small notes of bigarreau cherry, associated with fine touches of brilliant blueberry, as well as fine hints of cherry blossom, licorice, almost discreetly, black olive. The palate is well-built, fruity, fresh, elegant and racy. It offers lovely finesse and textured in its concentration, all in accuracy and precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of wild pulpy cassis, small concentrated fruits and small notes of cornflower, combined with touches of small elegant-roasted fruits, a hint of blueberry, as well as a discreet touch of graphene and cocoa nibs. A hint of cocoa in the background. Good length and definition. A velvety, airy, supple wine offering beautiful finesse of grain and aromatic depth/density. The tannins are racy, taut and finely sappy/eucalyptus-like.
