The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, racy and offers a good definition, delicacy, a good structure, a beautiful finesse, a beautiful definition, suavity, a small tension, a fine grain as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy/juicy red berries, crunchy/juicy cherry and more slightly wild raspberry associated with small touches of blackberry, hints of flowers, racy minerality/gravels (terroir) as well as a discreet hint of Timut pepper and an imperceptible hint of mild tobacco/nutmeg (in the background).
