The nose is relatively aromatic. It reveals notes of blackberry and cassis buds associated with slight notes of strawberry, cassis as well as a hint of Sichuan pepper and a discreet hint of spice. The palate is fruity, mineral, silky, a bit unctuous/fleshy and offers an acid frame as well as a fine tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, strawberry and discreet hints of crushed raspberry combined with a discreet toasted hint as well as a very slight hint of iodized minerality and a hint of zan on the finish. Good length.
