The nose is fruity and offers freshness, a small/very fine richness. It reveals notes of candied lemon, candied pear, small notes of zests associated with touches of kumquat as well as discreet hints of lemon flowers. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced, racy and offers an acidulous frame, gourmandize, fat as well as a small concentration, a good balance, roundness, a fine grain and a fine unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied mandarine, small notes of kumquat associated with fine touches of lemon flowers, orange jam, very fine hints of racy minerality, candied pineapple as well as very discreet hints of almond, vanilla and white flowers. Good length. A good persistence with a subtle hint of candied mandarine zests. A beautiful wine with gourmandize.
