On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, juicy/fleshy vine peach and small notes of exotic fruits associated with fine touches of crystalized mandarine, flint/minerality as well as a very discreet hint of spices. Good persistence on notes of fruits as well as on acidulous fruits.
