The nose is fruity, elegant, complex and offers a multi-layered side, subtlety as well as a beautiful race. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of quince, crystallized lemon and small notes of sweet kumquat associated with small touches of candied pineapple, ginger in syrup as well as discreet gravelly hints, acacia flowers and very discreet hints of gingerbread. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, freshness, a beautiful definition, accuracy, tension, gourmandize, a small creaminess, roundness, a beautiful tangy frame as well as a beautiful airy character. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied kumquat and small notes of passion fruit associated with touches of pineapple in syrup, hints of ginger in syrup, fine honeyed hints, verbena, acacia as well as a discreet hint of crystallized lemon, almond paste and a discreet hint of toasted/almost creamy. Good length. A wine full of elegance, delicacy, subtlety and with an airy side in its matter.
