The nose is fine, elegant and incisive. It reveals notes of ripe lemon and small notes of candied citrus/clementine associated with small touches of ripe physalis as well as hints of exotic fruits/pineapple/kumquat, Granny Smith apple as well as a discreet hint of nutmeg/spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, suave, gourmand and offers a beautiful fat, a very beautiful balance, a very beautiful acid/juicy frame, a slight unctuosity, a slight tension as well as delicacy. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied clementine and small notes of ripe pineapple associated with touches of candied white fruits as well as a slight hint of juicy mirabelle and spices. Good length.
