The nose is fresh and offers a fine richness, a beautiful definition and a very fine concentration. It reveals notes of candied lemon, quince, small notes of almond associated with small touches of fruit pastes, dry orange zests as well as very discreet hints of honey and spices. The palate is fruity, racy, mineral, fresh, well-balanced and offers a small fat, a fine unctuosity, justness as well as gourmandize and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, juicy/fleshy Mirabelle, small notes of candied lemon associated with small touches of almond, bee was, yellow flowers, small yellow fruits, sweet spices as well as very discreet hints of roasted pineapple, verbena and honey. Good length. A beautiful wine.
