The nose is elegant. It reveals notes of dried fruit and slight notes of quince associated with a touch of dried citrus, smoke, sweet spices and tobacco. The palate reveals a beautiful freshness and balance. In the mouth it expresses notes of dried fruit and citrus associated with a few notes of prunes, caramelization, marmalade, pineapple, white fruits (apple, a touch of pear) and a few slight woody notes. Good length. A wine that despite its age is surprisingly beautiful freshness.
