Château Quinault l’Enclos 2024 – Saint-Emilion

Château Quinault l’Enclos 2024 – Saint-Emilion

(63% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Cabernet Franc) The nose is fruity, nicely defined, with a little mellowness, aromatic depth and a certain melodious side in its intensity. It reveals notes of violet, lilac and small notes of fleshy blackberry, associated with touches of crushed raspberry, as well as hints of small pulpy/juicy plum, fine hints of lily and discreet hints of sweet pepper. The palate is well-built, with freshness, suppleness, minerality, finesse and a certain melodious side. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, violet and small notes of pulpy raspberry, combined with touches of pulpy plum, very discreet hints of tonka bean, small brilliant fruits, as well as fine saline/iodized hints in the background. Good length, with a discreet hint of graphene. The tannins are finely velvety and mellow. A discreet hint of sappy in the background. A wine offering lovely freshness and chiseled character. Very good acidity on the finish/persistence.
