Château Quinault l’Enclos 2023 – Saint-Emilion

Château Quinault l’Enclos 2023 – Saint-Emilion

A lovely fruity, ripe, saline nose, with a certain depth. It expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, fleshy blackcurrant and more slightly – of voilette, pulpy berries as well as hints of crushed raspberry, fresh nutmeg and zan. The palate is nicely fresh, fruity, balanced and offers a tangy frame, accuracy, tension, suppleness, roundness and good definition, a spherical side. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, violet and more slightly – of bright blackcurrant, associated with touches of fresh raspberry as well as hints of crushed violet plum, zan, racy minerality and a discreet almost sage hint. Good length, nice definition, tension, precision, harmonious, a nice stretched side, a certain richness and pulpiness in the mouth, finely sappy and iodized on the finish/persistence
